This was the first time I had the furnace cleaned at this home. Benito and Thuy took the time to explain the process and answer the numerous questions I had to ensure that the cleaning was going to be thorough. Benito explained why they used a whip agitator instead of a brush (so it can pass through elbows), and the different processes used in cleaning upstairs versus downstairs vents. After the cleaning, Benito reviewed the findings: Our vents were pretty clean, old humidifier should be cleaned or removed, removal of filthy washable filter. In addition, Benito and Thuy were both friendly and kind to my house. I will be requesting them next time!

Andrew and his work partner we’re so very nice, very courteous, hard working and we’re very sweet to my 2 year old son. Andrew answered all my questions and knew what he was talking about. They went out of their way to fix things and clean things that were not part of their job like cleaning the little dryer vent duct inside my dryer and screwed in the duct tubing that wasn’t fastened into my wall correctly.They do a call back quality check which I love, kept my house clean and had something over my front door to only let the tube come in so the cold didn’t come in. Will always go with Alberta Furnace Cleaning. Thank you guys!!

Andrew and Thomas did an amazing job! They arrived with smiling faces and ready to start the job. Andrew and his co-worker were incredible at cleaning our 2 furnaces on a very, very hot day! They were extremely efficient and made sure that everything was comprehensively cleaned. I had Edison and Alfredo come to my house for a last minute cleaning for my furnace and vents. They had done my parents houses exceptionally well. They were very professional, friendly, and polite. They did an absolutely amazing job!! They were extremely knowledgeable in what they were doing and were even willing to help move furniture that was in the way. Had my furnace, ducts & dryer vent thoroughly cleaned last week and am very satisfied with the service. My townhouse/condo unit was further away from legal parking than anticipated and they found a way to get another hose out and make it work, rather than rescheduling, which I really appreciated. 5/5 stars - excellent customer service.

Alberta Furnace Cleaning had a great quote with quick response from Kathleen and she sent out Andrew and Rector to clean our ducts after some dusty renovating. My furnace with A/C, dryer vent and all the ducting are clean once again. The team was very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend you get these guys to do the job for you. They covered the front door at -27 and worked quick and effectively. They used temporary corner covers to protect our walls from there hoses and used little booties to walk through our home. We called Alberta Furnace Cleaning around lunch spoke with a very knowledgeable women who was very polite and kind. She gave me a quote and said if we had time today they could send one of her best crew to our home to take care of our furnace/vent cleaning this afternoon.
