I started using Alberta Furnace Cleaning since 2020. I called for service last February 18th. Their technicians Ritchie and Salvador came to my house and were honest enough to advise me that my furnace and ducts are not due for cleaning yet. Nowadays, honest people are what we need. I used Alberta Furnace Cleaning to clean our our dryer vent. I found them to be very professional and responsive. It was easy to get them on the phone and they explained all the available options. The day of the appointment they arrived exactly when they said they would. The job was completed efficiently and they were all too happy to answer any questions I had. I also received a follow up call from them a couple days after the work was performed just to check that I was happy with everything. Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll be using them for future HVAC or carpet cleaning.

Their team was professional, arrived on time and was very quick to get the work done. They were also able to work around me and my spouse while we were working from home. I had a duct, furnace and dryer vent cleaning. The staff was courteous and professional and followed all public health directives. They were able to complete the work in question, they also advised of some additional work I may need on my furnace (which was something their team couldn't do) - I appreciated this as it certainly wasn't a money-grab on their end as they advised they wouldn't be able to fix the issue, just that they noticed it and suggested I get it looked at. That's above and beyond! They even allowed me to rebook my appointment 3 different times due to the pandemic and still have me the deal they were offering in November. On top of providing great service and pricing, they also followed up with a call the next day to ensure I was still happy with everything. Staff showed up when they said they would. Took me through what they were going to do. Explained that some parts of the cleaning were going to be noisy. They did not track in a big mess from the outside and were generally friendly. Performed the cleaning in about 45 minutes which is how long they said it would take. Fast in both the quote they provided as well as how long it took to clean all the ducts and furnace, they were in and out within an hour. Called for furnace and vent cleaning on a Friday and the service was completed on a Monday morning. The technicians were on time, polite and efficient.
