Need Furnace and Duct Cleaning in Sherwood Park?

I didn’t encounter lots of questions since Andrew was the one who did the ducts and vents cleaning before that is shown in the sticker on our furnace. I was just sitting and waiting until they finished the work . Plus he reminded me about drier cleaning which is great ! Thanks also to his companion Chris ! Reasonable rates, however I wasn't present at time of appointment. My wife felt they were too quick doing the job. Thought they didn't spend enough time on the troubled areas. However over all did a decent job.

Very responsive as soon as I called I received a quote and I was booked in quite fast once I chose to go ahead with them.The crew was exceptional, very mindful of floors walls etc. Used blankets and window access to run hoses as needed so they wouldn't mark walls or floors. I really appreciated that and did not have to ask. Secondly they were efficient and fast, and explained everything to me. As well as discussing any items that I did not need and/or anything that was additional to quote, before doing the work, so no surprises!! Only variances from quoted price was number of vents in my home and that was because I missed some when I counted. After completing job everything was cleaned up, including excess dust near vents. They also went through anything that they found and a few other items such as humidifier, as it required a new filter. I had no clue no one ever explained the unit to me before. They helped explain what it needed and where to get it! This was above and beyond their scope of work and I was very appreciative of the information!!!Their pricing was midline it was not the cheapest quote nor the highest. They arrived on time and their vent cleaning technicians were very informative and quick. 11 vents total and the furnace itself. about 1.5 hours from arrival to departure. Will use again in the future. a small amount of debris was left but given the state I know the ducts were in I am not surprised. first cleaning since buying the house last fall. likely had not been done by previous owner.Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

Courteous and nice. Communicated well the day of, with a 2 hour window and then a 30 minute heads up. Covered the floor and door jam where the big hoses were placed. You of course have to do your own touch up from some of the dust that occurs simply from the process, which is completely what we expected, they left my house in a condition I was happy with. They offered us some upsells but were not pushy. This is our third time using this company and we would recommend them.Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
