This is how we clean dryer vents – you’ll probably be surprised at how much dust, debris and lint that comes out. This shows how important it is to stay on top of your dryer vent cleaning. Too much build up can be dangerous for the system and the buildings’ occupants.
Dryer vents will be cleaned by inserting a reverse pneumatic high-pressure tool from the outside vent cap on the side of the building or from the rooftop. All lint buildup and debris will be pulled out of the dryer ducting to ensure a thorough cleaning and safe dryer vent. Technicians will clean up any dust or debris which has occurred as a result of the cleaning. Post Cleaning Report will be written up and submitted to client and will detail all items/areas cleaned as well as recommendations
Vent duct exhaust line will be cleaned with the Predator multi-headed whips, Dyna-Pro Brush system or Reverse Air-Skip tools based on soiling levels & size of ductwork. Booster fans will be air-washed where applicable.
