The two technicians, Norshaedy and Richie, were friendly and evidently well experienced, performing the work with admirable alacrity. I will not fault them for failing to maintain the company's officially stated 2m distance (Covid-19 precautions) as I also found this objective difficult to maintain under furnace-room conditions. These guys were awesome. They used drop sheets and boot protectors to protect our floors and plastic corner protectors to guard against damaging paint with their suction hose. We were informed of a couple of furnace matters needing our attention and were offered options regarding filter replacements. They finished quickly and received payment on site electronically. We did notice (after they left) a few water stains on the floor near some vents that were easily wiped up. We still highly recommend them and will use them again.Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

A big shout out to Andrew and Aaron from Alberta Furnace Cleaning. My husband and I had recently renovated our home and were noticing a fine dust on everything that I couldn’t keep up with. Andrew and Aaron came in and cleaned the furnace, air conditioning unit and all the duct work. It was shocking to see what the found - construction debris, dog toys, tennis balls etc. They definitely have the equipment to thoroughly clean the mechanical and duct work. Both workers used care in removing vent covers, and cleaned all surfaces, properly replacing the grills when done. They were on time, efficient, polite and respectful of ourselves and our home. I could not be happier.
