When I book the appointment there was a follow-up confirmation via email and phone. The day of my appointment I received a call to confirm the time frame they would be arriving. When the cleaners came they were extremely friendly and professional. They made sure the walls were covered so no damage was done from the large hose. They explained the process and nothing needed to be removed Furniture wise as they were very capable of reaching all aspects that needed to be cleaned without inconveniencing me as a homeowner. Two techs arrived for this work. First time using this company for this job for carpet cleaning two months ago and this job today. Really professional in introduction and interaction. I already had an estimate but they recommended cleaning of dryer vents. After more than 10yrs of never cleaning I knew it had it be done. They did a super excellent job.
