Alberta Carpet and Furnace Cleaning were excellent. When I asked for a quote, they called me right away and sent it with all the details and pricing. They advised their arrival time and were punctual. Upon arrival, the technicians, Andrew and Lance, put their masks and shoe covers on and went through the service and what it entailed. They were efficient, considerate, thorough, courteous, kind, and professional throughout whole process and went above and beyond to explain details and suggest maintenance best practices to ensure the upkeep of the furnace. They processed payment and sent my receipt with details immediately to my email. Very happy with the service that I received. The technicians took their time and explained what they were doing, they showed me how dirty the previous owners had left the the system.It certainly hurts the cheque book at the time, but you will notice a big different just in the air flow and how easy it is to breathe.My only complaint is that at the beginning I would have liked a little bit of communication between which rooms they would start with as there was a bit of a scare thinking a cat had snuck out during. My suggestion would be if they had worked with me to tell me they would start with a bedroom and then I could have locked them in there afterwards.All in all it was great work and well needed.Services: HVAC system maintenance, HVAC duct & vent cleaning, A/C system maintenance
