I recently have my furnace and ducts cleaned. The two technicians were very professional, thorough and careful in their work. They ensure that nothing was missed and that any debris was cleaned up prior to departure. I know it's not the cheapest option out there for duct cleaning, but I went with a cheaper company a few years back and it turns out that company completely missed one of my cool air intake ducts to empty. Alberta Furnace sucked out A LOT of debris missed in that one duct. You get what you pay for and for their price (which is reasonable) you will get top service. 5 stars!

Two techs arrived for this work. First time using this company for this job for carpet cleaning two months ago and this job today. Really professional in introduction and interaction. I already had an estimate but they recommended cleaning of dryer vents. After more than 10yrs of never cleaning I knew it had it be done. They did a super excellent job. The two technicians, Norshaedy and Richie, were friendly and evidently well experienced, performing the work with admirable alacrity. I will not fault them for failing to maintain the company's officially stated 2m distance (Covid-19 precautions) as I also found this objective difficult to maintain under furnace-room conditions. The technicians were efficient and very friendly. They explained what they how and what they were doing. The only thing was there was some sort of residue left on the concrete from their truck all the way to our front door that was not there before they arrived. (Dark stains on our driveway, walkway and front steps leading into the house).
