Booking was easy and convenient. Customer service reps Ashley and Anna both helped me during the course of the transaction and I would both give them 5 stars. There was a little problem with my service that leads me to give it 4 stars, and although the situation was mostly remedied, I feel like it's fair to take this into consideration for the rating.

I didn’t encounter lots of questions since Andrew was the one who did the ducts and vents cleaning before that is shown in the sticker on our furnace. I was just sitting and waiting until they finished the work . Plus he reminded me about drier cleaning which is great ! Thanks also to his companion Chris ! Alberta Carpet and Furnace Cleaning were excellent. When I asked for a quote, they called me right away and sent it with all the details and pricing. They advised their arrival time and were punctual. Upon arrival, the technicians, Andrew and Lance, put their masks and shoe covers on and went through the service and what it entailed. They were efficient, considerate, thorough, courteous, kind, and professional throughout whole process and went above and beyond to explain details and suggest maintenance best practices to ensure the upkeep of the furnace. They processed payment and sent my receipt with details immediately to my email.
