Benito, Alfredo and Richie were the three technicians that came to my home today. They cleaned my furnace, vents/ducts, hvac and dryer vent. They were pretty quick and there weren't any mess left. This was my first time using Alberta Furnace and the first time having these services done. I have no complaints. These guys were super friendly and pleasant. Their team was professional, arrived on time and was very quick to get the work done. They were also able to work around me and my spouse while we were working from home. I had a duct, furnace and dryer vent cleaning. The staff was courteous and professional and followed all public health directives. They were able to complete the work in question, they also advised of some additional work I may need on my furnace (which was something their team couldn't do) - I appreciated this as it certainly wasn't a money-grab on their end as they advised they wouldn't be able to fix the issue, just that they noticed it and suggested I get it looked at. That's above and beyond! They even allowed me to rebook my appointment 3 different times due to the pandemic and still have me the deal they were offering in November. On top of providing great service and pricing, they also followed up with a call the next day to ensure I was still happy with everything. Amazing customer service. Bogdan was very thorough and explained everything perfectly and was very nice. My carpets smell amazing. The other guys who cleaned our ducts were very relaxed and patient when I realized I was given the wrong key to the house and couldn't get in on time. Highly recommended. :)

I booked with Alberta Furnace Cleaning because they sent me a coupon in my email. When I went to book, I was able to schedule the appointment for a day and time that worked for me and on short notice. Although the work vehicle looks like it could use a refresh, Arnold and Miroslav were excellent. Arnold ensured that he told me what was going on and gave me tips for how to maintain my furnace and dryer vent between cleanings. They were both very polite, professional and efficient. I would happily have them back again!

Staff showed up when they said they would. Took me through what they were going to do. Explained that some parts of the cleaning were going to be noisy. They did not track in a big mess from the outside and were generally friendly. Performed the cleaning in about 45 minutes which is how long they said it would take.
