Very happy with the service that I received. The technicians took their time and explained what they were doing, they showed me how dirty the previous owners had left the the system.It certainly hurts the cheque book at the time, but you will notice a big different just in the air flow and how easy it is to breathe.My only complaint is that at the beginning I would have liked a little bit of communication between which rooms they would start with as there was a bit of a scare thinking a cat had snuck out during. My suggestion would be if they had worked with me to tell me they would start with a bedroom and then I could have locked them in there afterwards.All in all it was great work and well needed.Services: HVAC system maintenance, HVAC duct & vent cleaning, A/C system maintenance

We had Edison and Roberto out to our home to clean our furnace vents and dryer. They were extremely polite, professional, thorough and efficient! They explained the entire process before they got started and even as they were working. I really appreciated the care they took to wear boot covers, lay down mats, and seal the front door. Their team was professional, arrived on time and was very quick to get the work done. They were also able to work around me and my spouse while we were working from home. I had a duct, furnace and dryer vent cleaning. The staff was courteous and professional and followed all public health directives. They were able to complete the work in question, they also advised of some additional work I may need on my furnace (which was something their team couldn't do) - I appreciated this as it certainly wasn't a money-grab on their end as they advised they wouldn't be able to fix the issue, just that they noticed it and suggested I get it looked at.
