Recently had my furnace cleaning done. The fellas were great! They called ahead of time so I could put the pup outside, they were polite and quick. When they came inside they wore protective booties so they kept the floors clean. They also fixed my dryer lint trap when cleaning out the dryer!! It was missing a screw so the lint was going where it wasn’t supposed to. They also let me know that having both furnace and a/c, my filters should be changed 2x a year - not something I was ever told by furnace install company who “services” my furnace on a paid plan! So Alberta Furnace probably saved me a lot of money and headache down the road. 10/10 would definitely recommend this company and crew. Will definitely use them again.

I booked with Alberta Furnace Cleaning because they sent me a coupon in my email. When I went to book, I was able to schedule the appointment for a day and time that worked for me and on short notice. Although the work vehicle looks like it could use a refresh, Arnold and Miroslav were excellent. Arnold ensured that he told me what was going on and gave me tips for how to maintain my furnace and dryer vent between cleanings. They were both very polite, professional and efficient. I would happily have them back again!

The two technicians, Norshaedy and Richie, were friendly and evidently well experienced, performing the work with admirable alacrity. I will not fault them for failing to maintain the company's officially stated 2m distance (Covid-19 precautions) as I also found this objective difficult to maintain under furnace-room conditions. In short, I will be happy to use and recommend the services of AFC in future.Services: HVAC duct & vent cleaning, A/C system maintenance
