Called for furnace and vent cleaning on a Friday and the service was completed on a Monday morning. The technicians were on time, polite and efficient. From the moment I made the request for a quote somebody contacted me immediately and I had a wonderful customer service representative provide me with the information in the pricing. When I book the appointment there was a follow-up confirmation via email and phone. The day of my appointment I received a call to confirm the time frame they would be arriving. When the cleaners came they were extremely friendly and professional. They made sure the walls were covered so no damage was done from the large hose. They explained the process and nothing needed to be removed Furniture wise as they were very capable of reaching all aspects that needed to be cleaned without inconveniencing me as a homeowner. They even called afterwards to confirm how my experience went. Awesome experience from start to finish. The guys showed up early which was unexpected but worked out a lot better for my schedule today. Andrew and Dillan were super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They came in, did their job and were out in 45 min. They showed me an option for a reusable 15 year furnace filter for $200 which I actually would have purchased on the spot but money is tight. They didn't pressure me to purchase it which was nice. They took the care to make sure they didn't damage and walls or corners. I'll actually go back to Alberta Furnace Cleaning and get the filter from them because I was very happy with the service.
