The fact of the matter is that when cleaning up to 10,000 homes per year, occasionally we do make mistakes.
What happens if a problem comes up while you’re at my home?
Very rarely, after a cleaning, a furnace may not work. While we do everything we can to avoid this (pre-testing your system, watching for warning signs such as fragile wiring, etc), we sometimes miss something.
We pre-test your system prior to leaving to identify if any functional issues are present. If we identify a problem, we try to solve it on site. If we cannot – depending on the issue, we will attempt to arrange for our referral partner, A1 Heating, or a heating company of your choice to solve the problem as soon as possible.
What happens if a problem comes up after you leave?
If somehow (very very rarely) there is an urgent problem with your system that arises soon after your cleaning, please contact us as soon as possible. If it is after hours and you have no heat and it is cold, contact a heating company, or our trusted referral partner A1 Heating at 780-458-0912.
If there is a non-urgent problem, question or concern that arises soon after cleaning, please contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to troubleshoot on the phone, or if necessary, to arrange a free of charge follow up visit to assess the situation.
